1. Fan-site disclaimer

GTA Atlas is an independent, fan-made website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries or partners. "Grand Theft Auto", "GTA", "GTA VI", "GTA 6", Rockstar logos, character names, screenshots, trailers, and related assets are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. Editorial commentary, analysis, and short excerpts are used under applicable fair-use / fair-dealing principles.

2. Accuracy of information

We label every record with a verification status (see About) and aim to avoid presenting unconfirmed information as fact. Information about an unreleased video game changes frequently; we make no warranty that any content is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Use the site at your own risk.

3. Intellectual property

• Original editorial content, layouts, code, and curated databases on GTA Atlas are © GTA Atlas. You may quote short excerpts with a visible link back to the source page.
• Game assets, character likenesses, vehicle names, screenshots and trailers belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference and commentary only.
• If you are a rights holder and believe content on the site infringes your rights, email loui@lawgmedia.com with the URL and a description; we will respond promptly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass others;
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site's infrastructure;
• Scrape the site at high volume without prior written permission;
• Submit knowingly false information or impersonate others via the contact form.

5. User submissions

Information you submit via the contact form or as a tip is handled per our privacy policy. By submitting a correction or tip you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that information for editorial purposes on the site, without compensation, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites (official Rockstar pages, news outlets, video platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTA Atlas and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Danish courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you a different forum.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
